Accrual rules
How many tickets this policy grants over the period below.
The number of months the tickets above accrue over.
The balance stops growing once this many tickets have accrued. Leave blank for unlimited. A number of TICKETS (at most 20) — not an amount of money.
Months of service required before this benefit applies. Leave 0 for none.
Accrue after: months before the threshold earn nothing. Nothing accrues, and nothing is ever paid for that period.
Accrue from start: months before the threshold accrue but are not payable yet. Once the threshold is reached, all of them become payable together, alongside every month after it.
Allow partial payout
Lets a payout be recorded for less than the full accrued balance (e.g. one ticket at a time).
Ticket prices
Prices are an audit trail, not a setting. A price change is a new row with a later effective date — the old row keeps valuing the months that completed while it was in force. A price can only be removed while it has valued nothing yet.

Employees on this policy
Everyone this policy governs now, plus every window it governed in the past. An ended assignment is kept because the months that completed inside it still accrued under this policy.
