Once enabled, managers who don't have access to payroll information will be able to see the new amount deducted from employees for being absent, late or leaving early.

Approve generated violations automatically — no manager sign-off needed.
When ON, late, early-departure, and absence deductions raised under this policy are approved the moment they are generated and flow straight into the covering payslip. The policy itself acts as the standing approval.

Once enabled, action on the Time and Pay Adjustment (for Late Arrival, Early Departure and Absent) entries must be applied within the set time period, else the entry becomes inactive and no action can be taken.
